Days before u werent like, "i am nobody to him". Now u are like, "i am nobody to him". Are you kidding me?

Weather was irratic the past few days, i bought ribena pastilles as it contain vitamin c so u wont fall sick easily with all the sch workload + hall prod.

You lost your shrek handphone pendant, i called my friend specifically to ask for help buying another one just so that you wont feel sad each and every time you look at your phone with a strap but without the pendant.

After kun and janielle bought their stuff at supermart, i remembered something and quickly run to get that item before they finish paying. What's that item? An eraser for you. But do u even know or do u even care? You were long gone.

You didnt receive my sms to go eat, so u think i dont care? You think zan hong msg you not i ask him one? You think he ask you want da bao anot not i ask him one? And all you could say is "in my opinion, 1 word is enough to describe who i am to you, a nobody" when, what do you know?

I bought polaroid film and put in your cupboard so that u dont need worry about refilling, but do i even need to tell you?

I didnt go straight home but instead went to eat with your family because i know its been some time since we last eat together. In the end give your dad say, you think i very happy? But i show respect and didnt say anything, pretended as if nothing happened. More over i know i was working genuinely under the hot sun so i dont feel a least bit threatened by what your dad said. And yet you? Only add in fuel and hor hor me about what your dad said, and made yourself more insecure. Do you think all this will encourage me to go eat with your family again? Are you even thinking?

I remembered to bring home your Pluto, but did you remember bringing back the rose? You dont remember because it doesnt mean anything to you. I reminded you once, you said "oh ya! When i go back sch i take." You returned sch, nothing happened. I told you that i throw away the flower to see your reaction, you didnt even bother checking whether i was in lying or if the flower is still in the fridge. I kept the flower for an additional day, still nothing happened.

Well, i did just threw it away.

Past few weeks what have i done. Hmmm. Oh ya! I got my HTC Desire! Awesome upgrade from my previous phone. I still can remember last time phone, simple colours and what polyphonic ringtone cost $3-400. Now? PDA Phones but cost around $400! And the function is a whole new thing. Now when i take the bus, i can go through the net and see when my bus will be coming. So awesome (though its still VERY buggy).

Movie dont need to walk until cinema then can see the timing and seats, right now its all under your palm. Not to mention weather forecast, entertainment activities, even downloading of song on the phone is simple and easy.

So colourful the phone, so customizable, msging made easy, browsing of phone contacts made fun, scheduling your calendar also very convenient! Ahhhhhhh i love my Phone hehe.

I changed my MIO Bundle from MIO Plan to MIO Home. MIO Home exclusive is a bargain if your household member all using singtel also. Long story short, because of MIO Home exclusive benefits, the total bill deduction is $28.25. That means my Residential Phone Line, Internet Broadband and MIO TV (Free 15 movies every month) all together only cost around $16!! What a bargain.

But i got to lose the rebate back to Mahjong T_T Play 2 times, both time also lose money hahahah. Ben won both time, and he kanna aim treat dinner. In the end the dinner is more ex than the cumulative money won in mahjong lol. Bo hua back hhahaa.

I'm going to PC Show 2010 tomolo! Looking for my room tv. Gonna change a new one. The current CRT one taking too much space, getting either a LED or LCD tv for a upgrade. Hope can get good lobang tomolo. If not i'll just go straight to Courts/Harvey Norman/Gain City.

2 more days to ORD! Those who stay in one can really feel the freedom. As for me, i already got much freedom, but i look forward to the challenge in the days ahead.

Also Taiwan trip is coming! AHHHHHHHH. Hope the itinerary will be as good as my previous Australia trip. Australia trip was damn fun! I still get to sleep and replenish my energy in the car through all the travelling hehe.

My most look forward thing to do in Taiwan is the Food Stall that sell all the fried insect. Gross i know. But its an awesome experience! I dont know if i dare to try the cockroach though haha. But i am sure going to try the others like scorpion and crickets.

Hopefully down there can take lots and lots of photo and show you all!

Everything is going smoothly, i am quite busy in life right now. Got alot of upcoming event and i am happily updating the list on my white board that is pinned to the wall.

Cant wait to get my HTC Desire also. Current phone quite faulty, + there are so many delicious smart applications that i can get use to. Like the GPS which is so useful for me as i am a road idiot. I am so pissed at the unreasonable requirement that is needed for the student in NTU to stay at hall or hostel. I quarrel abit with my GF just now over this stupid thing. She scared i stray that's why want to stay with me in hall. I scared she no room mate and kanna foreigners that's why i say i dont want to stay hall. She reason that it makes her feel like a burden if its because of her that i dont want to stay hall. I reason with her that she is not a burden but its a understanding as a boyfriend that i can sacrifice staying in hall. Again as a boyfriend, this is one of the least thing i could do right?

Or was the real problem that she felt insecure to begin with? Or was the problem of the real problem that i dont give her enough sense of security to begin with?

I just want to fucking stay somewhere near NTU and study well for my result. Now i got to fucking think of how am i going to handle all this unnecessary bullshit activity that i have to put up with just to fucking stay in NTU to faciliate my studies.

I am going to get a civilian phone soon but you all should know the hype going around iPhone 4G. If i were to get iPhone 3GS now (May) but if iPhone 4G comes out in june/july i lugi wor.

But if i wait until june/july and 4G haben come out hor. I lugi 2-3 months of not using 3GS. Furthermore 4G will come out even earlier after that.

Clothes... 7 7 8 8 liao. But i really like my spec! Next few days going to be a fast one. Got branch cohesion lunch and some national educational tour + cny celebration on friday, that means half day! Then xing nian comingggggggg.

Yesterday went to Sunset grill with half xian. Lol that place really hard to locate, went round and round before we found it. Anyway main focus go there is just to try the buffalo wings. The spicyness got what level one. On paper wrote level 1 - 10. Off paper is up to level 30. Use to even have level 35 but they removed it.

Initially we wanted to try only level 20. Until gordon went to ask must atleast what level then can write our name on the hall of fame. The staff replied must atleast lvl 25 loh. Hell, the price for level 11 all the way to lvl 30 is the same, might as well.

So we tried the level 30... The wings came, it is almost red in colour with alot of chilli seeds. We want to eat our main course first then eat the wings, if not later some organs permanent damage lol. It was quite bad, the food is slow, the price is expensive and alot of flies flying around occasionally langa you.

Once we finished our main meal we pray and do our own ritual before attempting to contact hades. WAU PIANG EH. I tell you, first few mouth act its not spicy because the food haben break down. 20 seconds later me and gordon were shivering and sweating like crazy. Ah ben best, he eat 2 mouth and stand up and drink 1 JUG of water lol. All of us sweat like siao, the mucus also free flow one lol.

Ah ben didnt even finish the wings loh lol, zh ate the other half. Its really crazy. Oh ya i forgot to mention, it came in half a dozen. We took 5 spicy and 1 normal, normal one janet eat because she is not as insane as us.

The group of ppl beside our table was asking janet what level are we eating after seeing the commotion and janet reply level 30. They exclaim level 30! Are you serious??! We couldnt finish the last one and we offer it to them.

Lol the reaction when they try taking a bite is also same symptom. Long story cut short, we manage to finish the wings and got to write our name on the wall of hall of fame! We include the other 2 guys from the other table to write their name also haha.

Before leaving we got a cert also. A very lousy quality cert that acknowledge that we consumed level 30 buffalo wings. I dont have the photo or video with me. If got chance next time then blog, if not try to stay around facebook. Till then, take care!

Recently my area just finish LUP and if anyone know what is LUP, its not i LUP you that LUP. It is also not LUP le eh kar cheng that LUP. Instead its Lift Upgrading Programe. And today when i am going for work, i took the new lift down. It started at the 8th floor (i stayed on the 6th storey) ding dong. Then 7th floor ding dong. Follow by my level ding dong. 5th floor stop again ding dong. Each floor got 1 person entering the lift. I can see the guy beside me started to shake his head.

I was like wau, really so heng bo. 4th floor came and ding dong. I thinking to myself impossible liao la, continuously stop for 4 level already. Somemore the lift already like full house. Sekali at the 2nd level DING DONG. A young grandma and 2 primary sch kid standing at the door. Then they see so full they walk the stairs. WAU PIANG. Somemore is when the door open will ding dong. Door close that time will ding dong. This time is ding dong, no one enter then ding dong door close again.

What if one day this scenario happen to me?

Anyway 8 xian this sat evening my ah ma birthday, so dont think can meet u all unless u all meeting early noon.

And also CNY that week i am thinking of Mon or Tue meet up if u all dont have further family visiting. Be it just to gather and eat reunion dinner (say hao ting only) or bua kiao. If Mon/Tue u all not free, then pls make urself free on that Sat. Go each other house and bai nian. My house can be the first stop if u all want. Last stop also can. That Wednesday i most probably should be taking off, something you guys might wanna take note.

What is Happiness and How to Achieve it?

True happiness is such a rare commodity that the whole of the world is continuously seeking it and failing to find it. All the people, who we consider to be the best in their fields, are seeking it too and failing to acquire it. The most brilliant of the scientists, the most gifted of artists, the most talented of poets and authors, the wealthiest businessmen, the most powerful rulers, the greatest achievers in any field - all of them have been striving for it all their lives and failed to have it. Why is happiness such an elusive thing? Is it that it cannot simply be achieved? Or is it that it is not where all of us have been looking for it?

If you pause to give it a thought it is very easy to see that somehow we have all been missing the point. It is either that we have all been looking for happiness at the wrong places or that it is simply not possible to achieve happiness. The answer is not very easy. But it is obvious that if the whole of the humanity has been trying to find something throughout the history and failing to acquire it then something must be very wrong about the concept we have of happiness.

Let us try to delve a bit deeper. What is it that we consider happiness? This is how I see it:

Happiness is what you feel when what you want to happen happens.

And if this definition of happiness is correct then we can conclude that unhappiness is what we feel when what we want to happen does not happen.

These definitions look obvious enough but for the most of the people they are not. At least not so clearly defined in their minds. It would therefore be better if we stop to ponder over these definitions.

How can we achieve happiness?

We must realize that for most of the problems, the solutions are often simple and obvious enough if one understands the problem clearly. Even more surprising is the fact that the solutions mostly lie in the problem itself. It is true in the case of happiness too.

Let us consider the above definition carefully. The main keyword in the definition is "want". The whole trouble starts when we want something. Every moment of our lives we keep on wanting something or the other. If we could make a list of all the things we want in our lives since childhood to death, including trivial as well as very important, all the paper in the world perhaps would not be enough for this purpose. Only a small percentage of all our wishes is fulfilled in spite of all our endeavours. The percentage of wishes, which remain unfulfilled, keeps on growing with time. As a result, as we grow older, we become more and more unhappy. We grow tired of life. The blessings, which our lives and the whole existence keep showering upon us, gradually lose their charm. The frustration, of failing to fulfill most of our wishes, sets in. We start feeling weighed down. The feeling that the whole life is somehow conspiring to keep us unhappy grows. Life becomes full of miseries. We keep stumbling from one failure to another.

The solution, then is very obvious. We must explore the possibility of a life of no desires or minimum desires. Desire is a seed which grows fruits of unhappiness. Actually the trouble is that we demand too much. We keep on demanding incessantly. It seems that we do nothing else but keep producing desires and then keep struggling to fulfill them. The only solution to this problem is to break out of this cycle of desires and struggles. If one does not desire anything, he has no chance of getting unhappy due to failure in fulfilling his desire.

One may argue that a life of no desires will be bereft of pleasures. That it will become colourless and dull. But this premise is not true.

Firstly, we must realize that the world does not and cannot function as per our whims and fancies. We are too insignificant in the scheme of the existence. We can have control only over our desires and not on the factors necessary to fulfill them. During winter, we may desire that the sun shines a bit more in the sky but sun has no obligation to behave as per our desires. We may desire that every other human being around us acts in such a way that his acts do not hurt us at all and only make us happy, but the other person has his own desires and compulsions and he will act accordingly. We may desire that whenever we ask for something we get it, but the person or the force who has the power to grant our wishes may not wish to do so or may not be able to do so because of his or its own compulsions. Are we ourselves always willing or able to fulfill the demands of others around us? If not, then how can we hope that our demands must always be fulfilled. In fact if we pause to consider it carefully then it will become obvious that there always is more probability of our desires not getting fulfilled. Then why keep desiring constantly and exposing ourselves to unhappiness?

Secondly, it is a blunder on our part that we consider happiness and pleasure to be the same. They are not same. Pleasure is there all around us for the taking. Since we have become obsessed with our desires we have ceased to notice sources of pleasure and as a consequence fail to grab it when it is available. Pleasure is the essence which we extract from things we have. We may desire to visit the most beautiful sea beach in the world. When we are finally able to make it to that beach we feel happy. This happiness is the consequence of the fulfillment of our desire. But when we look at the waves rushing towards us, at the golden sand spread over a large area, the wind on our faces, the riot of colours in the sky while sun is setting or rising, the feel of sea water on our skin, what we feel is pleasure. To derive pleasure it is not at all necessary to desire. When we pass along the green fields while traveling, we do feel pleasure looking at them though we had not specifically "desired" to see them. When we look at anything beautiful we feel pleasure. Pleasure is always around us without our asking for it. It is not a consequence of our ambitions and endeavors. It is simply waiting all around for us to pause and pay attention. It is only that we are always so obsessed with our desires and wishes and the struggle to fulfill them that we have forgotten how to pleasure ourselves. Almost all of the time we live inside our minds, either making plans to fulfill our present desires or ruing the desires which could not be fulfilled and in this process miss out all the pleasures lying all around us.

Thirdly, We do derive pleasure when our desires are fulfilled but for every desire fulfilled there are numerous others that remain unfulfilled. We have to consider carefully whether we are not paying too high a price, in terms of all the frustrations we experience as a result of failures, for a few fulfilled desires. If the answer is yes, then the conclusion is obvious.

Actually, happiness and unhappiness are two sides of the same coin. They are part of the same package. If one asks for one he leaves him susceptible to the other. The desire for happiness is like asking only for the light and not for darkness. But there is not much difference between light and darkness. It is matter of degree only. We choose and therefore get disappointed. What we should do is only look for the pleasures all around us. Whatever comes our way we should try to extract all the pleasure possible from it.

If we delve still deeper, we will realize that it is not really happiness which we should seek. We should try to avoid unhappiness. When we achieve something, the payoff is not as great as the pain we suffer if we fail to achieve it. It is this pain of failure, pain of frustrated desires which is of greater significance to us. It is actually like good health. One can only define health as an absence of diseases. In order to have good health we strive to avoid diseases. You cannot purchase or achieve good health directly. You have to take steps which keep your body free of diseases. Then only the organs of body keep functioning properly and you experience good health. Similarly, when one destroys the root cause of unhappiness the problems are over. And the root cause of all our unhappiness is DESIRE.

If one can stop desiring, if one can take life as it comes, Then only one can be free of unhappiness.

Last sat while everyone was celebrating halloween half a 8 xian meet for mission not really possible. Who else would meet for a bbq when its pouring crazily? If you remember whole of singapore is raining like crazy, i bet clubbers sure complain about the rain one lol. Especially in their costume.

This late that late in the end only me, gf and gordon at AMK Hub on time. But siao la, raining how to BBQ. We really think of alternatives what to do. Think how hard if u at AMK hub what can u do? At most also movie.

For unknown reasons, dont know how janet dare gordon to bbq on the open space outside amk hub, gordon brace himself so much that his chest nearly cover his face and say, i dare for u to see.

Split seconds later we at NTUC buying all those bbq stuff liao. Shall cut short on the buying stuff journey. (Side note to half a 8 xian, actually minus the Choya each person only $15. Not that ex leh, the food everyone eat till comfortable also)

Funny loh, its still raining and there we are holding plastic bag of BBQ stuff. Even when we board the taxi the uncle ask us how to bbq like this. Rofl.

Ben was already at pasir ris park when we reached. Miraculously, the rain almost stop + ben found a very good shelter. Something like a circular of 8 stone seats. See before anot, sit down and bbq lol. Shiok loh + so breezy because of the weather.

Have you ever boarded a bus and the bus patrol the wrong route? Well it happened to me today! The bus driver forgot to turn, lagi worst it was at the highway! From reaching yishun become reach woodlands. Got 1 guy best, he go tell the uncle how to turn back, in the end made a even bigger round.

Atleast the bus driver handle the situation well. He keep apologising to everyone and saying today is his first time driving 171. Normally he cover other service route.

Ended up i reach home 20-30mins later hah. Nvm it was fun and refreshing. Looking at the other passengers, some was pissed, some was laughing, some doze off from the start i boarded the bus until we reach yishun bus interchange. I doubt they even realise the uncle drove the wrong way.

“But how long more can we use the car? How much can our pick-up sell for?” I asked concernedly.

We have been using pick-up for quite a few years now, like more than 5 years? Mom have been looking forward for a car since it brings much more convenience. Faster, easier and safer. Whereas usually the rest of the family have to always sit behind the pick-up enduring rain, sun or “60km” wind blowing at your face giving you a new hairstyle.

“4 years, can be extended” my brother answered.

“pick-up can still sell for $?k” Mom added.

Wondering if bro and mom would accept me chipping in to the whole cost. If I would, how much would I be chipping in?

Brother is always supportive of me driving, but thoughts of totaling the car always ran through my mind. Even by scratching it repainting cost a minimum of $300. Its no child's play!

I got plans of owning a dog also. But it wont be any time soon. I want to own a Siberian Husky but you know all the factors that you face if you were to own one at HDB flats. Its quite impossible. Thus it wont be any time soon! However if other breed... but they don't entice me as much =[

I have been putting in effort saving money and trying to squeeze any way I can to earn some extra income. Hopefully the seed I sow will prove fruitful.

Scuba Diving?

I was looking for a place where 8 xian can go for a overseas holiday. Taiwan or Malaysia .. etc or what can we do over there .. etc Then this activity struck me, scuba diving! So i browse around the web looking for tourist scuba diving site especially at Malaysia since it is going to be cheaper or cheapest available to us.

Autobots, transform and roll out!

Yea u guessed it, watched that awesome show yesterday at Ilumna. In case u dont know where is Ilumna, its the new shopping centre at bugis. Man that place is nice. Better than Grand Cathay. Bigger than Grand Cathay, Smaller than Vivo.

Got some details make Transformer abit out of point but all the action packtion cgi really overwrite everything. A MUST WATCH!

Ilumna got this Lan Shop called Coliseum also (i think) Anyway that place is also a great place. 3x better than E2Max. Great seats, computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard what else can you ask for? Also got headphone, though abit lousy but i think ZH and Gordon is really intrigue about the microphone wahahah.

GF counted there's like 200 cpu's there. So may be next time dont need to queue so long or even better, next time can sit 1 row play together dont need to spread.

Oh ya forgot to talk about something, morning we went to eat dim sum buffet at harbourfront centre. The food not as good as Miramar Hotel dim sum buffet, but you wont know until you eat.

Next week to wisdom tooth extraction, expected 5 days MC incoming!

After work today ah tan and hong wee meet up with me at northpoint to have dinner. They commission liao and got posted to chong pang camp, might as well use this time to catch up.

They update me on alot of things, mostly how are the others doing. How one person can be very up, but when mates posted to different vocation that guy flame just died. Everything do also no motivation, slowly dropped out after that.

There is also who is all the way damn good one. But suddenly say heart got one hole and then out of course.

Finally also got damn damn good one, know got posted to siong vocation and auto out of course lol.

Quite educating, i fit perfectly into all 3 scenario. But its over anyway. Can only use this experience for future reminder. Dont know who still reading this blog, but i will try my best to slowly revive it. Plans on changing new blogskin should be implemented very soon with gf's help.

No time is just an excuse for bad time management.

Anyway last sun celebrated my mom's birthday. My family and i went out for the whole day. We had our lunch at Dian Xiao Er @ AMK Hub. Man, should really bring 8 xian go there eat some time soon. Its damn nice!

After lunch we went to Marsiling CC Karaoke, introduce by my bro's gf friend parents open one. Lol. Dinner at Chong Pang 101 after that.

I got no ideas what to buy for my mom, and after so many years of not getting her something, this year i got to get her something. Got a couple of ideas in the end, i bought a Burberry wallet since its on sales 30% discount. After discount it still cost $315 though!

Though it was not frequent that one big family go out, but i really enjoyed the time spent with my mom, bros and of course my niece and nephew.

To top up my monthly lack of entries, last last week also went out with 8 Xian. "8 Xian"!! Almost everyone turned up except xiao jian. Kun rare spawn also appeared. We ate Manhattan Fish Market @ PS.

Heh, sorry my blogging tempo have slowed down tremendously. Dont really have the motivation to blog, whenever i blog its always because i think of my readers dont want them to dissipate slowly.

As some of u know, i am "working" at mindef under CDF. Because of all the work loads i got, my project boss aka 2 + 3 crab want to push me to get CFC. Or if possible, even a 3rd sgt.

Corporal First Class is really rare though. Even rarer than officer rank lol. However dont even know how long i can stay in mindef. At service line u need to serve earliest 21 months before u can get promoted to CFC. I am only temporary pes down C9L2. If i didnt get perm pes down, i might get posted to unit and good luck.

Cant wait to study. Cant wait to make a name for myself. I wanna do big once i finish serving. I've learnt my lesson.

It has been quite awhile since i last watched a movie. Watched 17 again with ben, zh, gordon and gf. The first part of the movie i find it just any typical heartthrob zac efron movie, but it turn out otherwise.

Rang wo ling yen xiang kan. Zac could actually act pretty well. The movie not bad, better than i have had expected. Summary is you pretty much wants to go back in time, but when you are back in time.... watch the movie if u want to catch my meaning =]

Since i got some time, i might as well teach u guys how to install. Finding the movie got to depend on yourself already!

1) You can try looking for the movie you want in CHINESE.

2) Pretend i choose Marley & Me. Now i need to install the player first, something like window media player.

3) A window will pop up.

4) And lastly the download link.

5) Once you have finish downloading and installing the player. You can start to watch your show already.

6) A warning will prompt you. Dont worry, just press allow.

It might prompt you twice. Just press allow again.

7) Slightly less than 2 mins, your movie will be loaded, Tada!

8) Subsquently, you can watch your show from the player itself. But it will take abit longer to load since the video and sound quality will improve.

Tips & Tricks: You can go baidu.com type the show u wanted in english. Hopefully baidu.com search engine will give u the name of the show u wanted in chinese. Then u can just cut and paste into tom365 website shown on 1).

You will only need to apply step 2, 3 and 4 only once. U can ignore 2, 3 and 4 afterwards since u already got the player installed.

I guess that is all. Any problem can try find me, but i dont think there would be any problem =D

Wow i just downloaded the new MSN Live Messenger and its epic fail.

Anyway past 2 weeks i have been watching alot of movies! I didnt mention that i watched Bloody Valentine. I also watched Race to Witch Mountain, Coming Soon and Dragonball. Last saturday we didnt L4D, we watch 2 movie in a roll. Hah, Coming Soon i grade it as scary. Not the part that u would really scare urself thinking the spirit really follow u.

But scenes like when the main actor picking up "his" watch, the part where he fell down the pit hole .. etc Nvm if u dont understand what i mean =D Want to scare urself one times good one? Lol go watch it.

I also streamed this movie Tremors. Old show, only ppl with childhood know about this movie lol.

I geng 2 days MC on tuesday and wednesday, 90% of the NSF in my department do that because its seriously too boring. I dont remember any other time i geng MC except this, and its really awarding lol.

I watched 2 shows on tuesday and 2 shows on wednesday. Video streaming baby! My cousin introduce one, superb video quality, and the streaming takes less than 2min to view the whole show.

RV, Resident Evil: Degeneration, X File 2 and Species 4. Lol seems old but actually its because i left them out when they were on screen.

While walking home i saw my cousin HDB de notice board, got this RC organised event One Day Farm Tour. $6, 5 destinations (Dragon Fruit Farm, Wheat Grass Farm, Qian Hu Fish Farm, Vegetable Farm and Frog Farm)

Govt welfare jiu shi govt welfare, $6 so cheap. Bus ride included also.

Anyway initially only wanted to go with gf. Then i thought of bringing lovelle and jaydef would be so cool. Their first time to farm tour, open their big big eyes! Then i called my da ge and da sao along also loh. They 2 joining, then i ask my 2nd bro also lol. He too with his gf is coming along.

This gotta be interesting!

Anyway me and gf 8 months together, i didnt get her for anything but she made something for me.

Its made from tiny marshmellow and this isnt easy to do. Superficially like only the top shows an initial J. But when u turn around, the J is also clearly visible. Meaning when u are sorting the marshmellow, it actually keeps tumbling down destroying the layout, explaining why it is difficult.

Supposingly a birthday celebration, but we 8 xian got a gathering instead of celebrating. Ben's birthday, simon's then sr's. Last fri we meet up watch movie, wanted to watch The Outlander, miss timing, then next Kung Fu Chef, then miss timing again lol. So we bought My Bloody Valentine ticket instead.

We got some time before the movie start, so we bought finger food to eat. Then go arcade. U know all this diao bear bear machine. Wau lau got this machine i think its really easy to diao loh. Though $2, but aiyah compare to the others i think this is more skill than luck.

I played 4 tries, 2 times it was super super close. And i mean it. SUPER CLOSE. Haiya no catch, if not gf sure happy one. I never play this kind of game, coz i find that its a waste of money. But dont know somehow when u play, got a different feeling to it. Ok atleast i never spend $50 on it right.

Going back to work in 18 hours time...

Life is good currently. Gf and me are going very well, she is being very understanding and tolerating. Spend time playing Left 4 Dead 8 xian, guess the most fun one since we started playing. However ben dont know that we wanna boycott dhoby E2Max, and he arranged to meet at dhoby instead of orchard. Hah! Heng the com we use that day is not that bad.

Celebration + gathering of simon's upcoming birthday too. Soon it will be ben and sheng rong. Then.. more and more! So many 21st this year O_O

NS now is no more physical siong, more like mentally siong since i am tasked a project supposingly captain rank do one. The other NSF who assist me also been doing captain's work, but his is more english oriented, so he still can handle.

Be it a good or bad job, hope that i can learn something out of it. Or even better, ask LG sign my testimonial wahahha.

11 Feb Wednesday will be my last day in OCS. I am posting out soon! Post to MINDEF (Bukit Gombak) one instead of the one at Depot Road.

My trip to camp has been shortened by atleast 30mins! How i go ocs, walk to yishun mrt > take train to jurong east > change train to boonlay > walk to bus interchange > take bus > walk to wingline (atleast 2 click). The shortest time to reach also is 1 hour 30mins. But now may be 30-45mins can reach new "working" place already!

8-5 working hours (hopefully)
No more stupid area cleaning
No more standby bed/area/universe
No more alot of things, lazy to list

The only bad thing is.. travel expense + living expense become very ex liao. Ever working day 2 train 2 bus. Meals also is eat outside. Anyway it doesnt matter~

I have been having this TOTO dream lol. Day dreaming that i will win $1million soon lol. Coz i got so many plans with it.

1) I will fork out 300+k give my bro and his gf buy a flat first. Its not as if they cant afford, but u know paying by installment results in paying more.

2) Ask my mom go retire, she's been working so hard for upkeeping the house! Its time she rest.

3) Pay for Lovelle's and Jaydef education, atleast until pri 3.

4) Buy a family car~ Not those 7 seaters one. As in normal car but whole family free to use.

5) Buy another flat!

Lol.. think so much. In the end the system 7 i buy, only kanna 2 digit.

Today is off dayyyyyy. Because past few days really alot of work. Then this major thing finish liao, so wingsm give us a day off. Finally can relax abit. Sat going tekong hoho, but prolly half day only. Late afternoon back liao.

Since i got some free time, i decided to upload some pictures from the reunion dinner also. We ate at yuki yaki, dinner + ice cream buffet. Did i mention that i find that the choice of food too little? However the DIY ice cream is hella fun lol. We probably spend more time playing than making the ice cream.

I never got a chance to go friend's house bai nian due to NS. Kinda sucks, no overnight mahjong or cards or something also. But got something to compensate. Had a reunion dinner with 8 xian at marina square yuki yaki. The choice of food there is very limited, but the DIY ice cream is damn fun lol. We play until like so little time to eat lol.

I fell sick, the same, throat inflammation. Ok la wont die.

Upcoming sat allstar suggest have a reunion dinner, sounds nice. But where to eat? Wei hao, the yuki yaki thing u suggest i went to look, but i dont know which one u referring to!

Yesterday i spent half a day going out with family to my auntie's friend house. My auntie alot of lobang one la, NDP fireworks (i forgot if it is), she brought my mom and brother to this client of hers de house cost $5 million. $5 million can u believe it? Yesterday we went to de is $2.4 million. Its at a condo called Pebble Bay. The lift is almost as good as dedicated if u get what i mean.

Anyway the first 5 hours is really slack there. Watch tv one watch, swim one go swim, talk on go talk, eat one go eat, play mahjong one go play mahjong. Wait until near 12 midnight then we go to the grass patch there see the fireworks. Chey, i thought can stay on the building like the last time lol.

The fireworks normal la, only the ending 20 seconds like that is nice. After that go home ler loh =.=" My cousin bao me hong bao money for my belated birthday present lol. The other time she asked me what i want, dont cost more than $150 can liao. I told her i dont know what i want, we wait and see la hor, she said ok.

3 months passed she ask me again, i said i dont know leh, i ask her u bao me hong bao can la. She asked how much u want me to bao. I said dont need more than $150 can liao lol. So there came the $150.

I'm alittle pathethic, i didnt sms anyone this english new year. But am glad that i still receive a couple of sms. Most of them are like dont know how long no talk liao. Shaun one is the most hilarious lol.

Tuesday night OCS service wing got a 24km route march starting from 10pm to... god knows probably 8 hours later. That means no sleep for us also loh, need to set up water point. It started raining heavily at 3+ near 4am. The route march came to a halt, and wait and wait and wait.

Wait till 7am one of the major say cancel the route march. Piang eh, singapore weather system already say will rain till atleast 8am liao. (It continue to rain even after that)

So we (the OOC) stand under the rain, keep the stores for freaking long loh. The cadets got the priviledge of seating inside the training shed and sleep.

Forget about it, the pek chek part is waste my strength. Some reasonable still ok. KNS still drag my half day booking out timing till 3.30pm. Reach home only at 5pm. How i still got energy to pei 8 xian.

Met them 7pm at somerset mrt. The best present ben gave us is that he is NOT THAT LATE. (Highlight, not that, lol)

7pm++ we went to cineleisure and i book the DVD room. a small room with big tv, $5.50 per hour. DVD rental is excluded, $6 per title. We rent 5 hours and a show "10 Promises to My Dog" and i brought my own show, Jackass 2 and Saw 3. While waiting we went to eat BK and rot till 9.30pm. Its really cheap ah, we stayed inside the room, then each person pay $4 only.

We watch Jackass 2 first, i watch before liao but i am sure the rest like also. But we only manage to watch half way lol. Because outside the security keep walking pass, then jackass 2 is cannot rent one, its r21, and most of all, mine is pirated one!

Then we changed to 10 Promises To My Dog. From there can basically say i fall asleep all the way liao lol. After the show kun, kt and ben went off, left me, gf, gordon, sr, wh and zh.

I continue sleep and they watch saw 3. I dont even know they got watch saw 3 anot lol. Probably 1 eye only =/

Gordon also ke lian, he brought baileys thinking we can drink inside, in the end only afew ppl drink >< I feel like drinking one, but at that point i just wanna sleep =/

Oh ya of course we got gift exchange also. I bought 2 tube of green camou lol. This year de no so teruk. No kotek, no condom, no much rubbish. But i think mine is one of the best lol. A small compilation of 8 xian poly photos.

3am liao me and gf we took cab home, coz really tired and dont know how to continue overnight so we left first. I think the rest they went to eat supper and then go home also.

Time passes and the reason for meeting up gets lousier and lousier. But i hope the reason for meeting up is not for entertainment, but for treasuring and cherishing the friendship we once have before its lost.

Met up with hougang xians play Left 4 Dead and watch Cape No7. Thought watching Ip Mun at first, then wh been waiting and wanting to watch Cape No7 since long time ago, so ya i dont mind watching also. The show also got win big award.

Anyway ya the show is really nice! 8.1/10 i would rate. Very colourful ah, got story line, got flavour, can connect with the normal ppl out there, long show, worth money lol. Got some part of the show looks like jack neo movie lol. Lame but funny. I would recommend u guys to watch, but think movie wont have anymore liao. Try ur luck on some online movie streaming or dvd!

Nothing much to blog about =/ Dont even remember what i wanna blog ler.

What have i been doing the past few days hmm.. Anyway i manage to take leave on thursday and friday, that explains why i am at home now. I am being recommended pes C9L2, but haben confirm yet. Hope can confirm soon.

Today in train something happened on toa payoh mrt. I was half asleep inside the train suddenly gf woke me up and ask me to leave the train. I saw white smoke floating from the last cabin to the front, i am near middle.

Everyone got out and wait for further instruction. I took a couple of photo of the smokescreen. Soon later annoucement made to ask everyone leave the station then u can see DRAMA!

Ppl start running up the stairs, but well consider quite calm liao. Then on the control station some uncle argueing with the officer about their transport fare. They close the gantry, but the gantry gates are open. Those new commuters dont even knwo what happened and they just walked in the station and take the escalator down =.="

If evacuate everyone should barricade or stop ppl from entering mah. They gan jiong dont know doing what. I called cat coz i know he taking train, ask him see if he got kanna stuck anot. He say dont know yet, just boarded yishun train, but no wonder yishun got so many police on patrol.

Ok some question i answer, the smoke ah, i smell like lightly chao ta smell, gf say smell like insecticide. Luckily its not some nerve gas O_O or blood gas or whatever (learn from ocs lol)

They cater ppl going to orchard with extra feeder bus, i go dhoby ghaut need to seperatly take a bus. I want my fare back! Hah!

Hi! Yesterday's Tomorrow is Today!

My mobile plan is up long ago, then my bro wanna change phone so i give him use my contract loh. Since my broadband contract is up also, we decided to sign up for Mio Plan since it can save more money per month.

But there's 1 funny problem.

Incase u dont know, residential number, broadband account subscriber and mobile phone number got to be under one ownership.

Residential number belongs to my mom, broadband account subscriber is my 2nd bro, mobile phone number is mine but am using starhub lol.

We went over to AMK hub early noon to do all the procedures, but found out later that the model of the phone (N79) my bro want dont have. Check with the staff, he called and check the other stores see still got anot.

The phone is phasing out, and whole of singapore only Bugis left 2. So we go there loh. Long story cut short, in the end got the phone and subscribed mio plan liao. 10th of december my phone will be down from around 12 midnight to 11am. Porting over from starhub to singtel.

Went back to AMK hub and eat Dian Xiao Er. OMG its so nice! Though its abit costly but its really very delicious. The veggie is crunchy, the duck smell nice and ultimately all the dishes de sauce is godly! 5 person eat $115, each person $23, ya abit costly but definitely better than what newyork x2.

Maybe meeting 8 xian again later.

Oh ya btw all NSF have leaves to expend. But because either u are cadet or in training its abit hard for u to apply. But since i am out of course i can apply =D Dont know it will be successful anot only. Benjamin or kun or others can try asking ur pc whether u all can apply anot. If not this year end come u all de leaves burn liao.

Hi, Today is Today!

Took "half day off" for Lovelle's three years old birthday. Morning my mom brought her go eat dim sum buffet, i didnt join in because still in camp. Anyway after that i met up with my family, da sao say want bring lovelle go tampiness there de fun fair play, then ok loh i go over.

I from boon lay sit train all the way to tampiness lol. Regret the previous week didnt go zoo with lovelle. Her first time going to zoo, so this time round must pay back lol. She was so happy, my mom tell me that she keep on run and jump around and keep shouting the animal's name.

Got one part she saw the horse eating grass, then she say "horse eat chai" lol.

Anyway bring her to the fun fair also same, run and jump around. I want this, I want this, that's what she's repeating all the time. But at times she also very naughty, dont want to leave.

Anyway this are the games last time pasir malam can see one, now only can see at fun fair. Uncle Ringo!

This are classic loh, reminds me of the old days lol. Last time the game cost $2, which is expensive at that time. Now $3, same expensive lol.

During tekong 10 days, the 2nd day i book go see specialist. Then now got further diagnosis liao, i need to go through this test call Asthma Induced Exercise Test. The mortality rate is 0.5%, meaning kong ka kiao. But aiyah i dont think it will happen one la. Anyway the test is about u dont know running or walking or jogging on the treadmill then see ur lung.

Once i go through that test, then see the result, then will know whether i can down pes, or remain at pes b. So for now i am still idling around my wing line doing sai gang. But now more fun liao, got alot of friends lol. Got a total of SIX, 6, OOC already. And more coming i think. But once too many HQ sure will want to pull us go over and help them one.

I did some small meet up this week! First is meeting peifen, siyu and cat at my house one, play mahjong. Peifencouldnt make it, so we played without her ah. Ok not bad i yi jiao win san jiao wahha. $20 ka ching.

Sat wanted to meet jieying. Went to thomson there eat prata, but she no answer my phone calls! Nvm better luck next time lol. Then cat and janet keep complaining about the prata service very poor lol. Expensive also =/ Ok la i do agree their service is kns + expensive, but i very long no eat prata liao xD

Anyway can only return the money during weekdays. Weekend they dont entertain. Then happen that next week i going tekong for 10 days. Follow by another 5 days at marsiling camp, so probably i wont see u guys for 15 days heh. May be in between the tenth and eleventh day got book out 1 day la.

Back to topic, only can return the money during weekdays, so i ask my wing sergeant major to let me off tomolo loh. Go CMPB just to pay back the money. Thus... i book out tonight =D

Lynda* pop by my phone today to exchange some sms. Then 7.30pm that time my BMT bed buddy jackson called and say hi also. Feeeeeel soooo nice can. You can only understand it when the monetary things around u starts to lose its importance. And know that the most important thing in life is ur family, friends and loved ones.

Lol.. Actually i am still quite affected by the ooc thing. Everytime i see a friend i unknowingly blame myself for letting them down. I know i dont need to, but it has already become a habit of super self-conscious of my actions.

They are alot of friends out there who say ooc, ooc loh. I totally agree with them but i feel otherwise. Its just probably time. Once 2 years pass then i'm sure that the pain will alleviate.

Well i am still alive. And yeap i am OOC. Specialist gave me a higher dose of asthma medication. One bottle cost $80, still got a even higher dosage one, $120. But i dont need use that one yet.

Currently is keep on do sai kang. Any shit job just do. But well when got nothing to do is really nothing to do. 1 month later i will check whether if i am fit for OCS. If fit can recourse. But i dont really have the flame that i used to have in BMT already. My friends all different Wing from me, no fire liao. No battery to carry on chionging.

Most probably i wont recourse. And most probably i cant down PES. Meaning i will become a no rank NSF do even more shit. Unless i really heng heng kanna posted to do admin work, that percentage is 5-15%. Then 8-5, wau i will have no regrets in OOCing lol.

Have to pray loh, govt randomly choose one.

I miss studying in poly life!

Tuesday going see specialist liao. Dont know how will my review be like. But more or less is OOC ler. Since i OOC i also hope that i can down PES.

I feel very bothered about it, whether i will regret anot. I tried to narrow down my vision to only 8-5, so atleast i wont feel so sucky about it. And comfort myself that the so call pride and honor is only for 2 years.

Heck! If i get 8-5 i should be celebrating about it right? Lol. So chiong for what.

But i buay lun when ppl doing activity, i carry water for them. Damn humiliating can! Again nvm, i tahan. 2 years only.

Thank Allah for hari raya, if not we ocs ppl sure die. I should be going OOC soon... Out of Course. My body is not fit for it. I got some problem with my asthma the past few days and today i just went to tan tock seng and got 2 days mc + excuse from training.

As much as i hate to say this, but i got to, and have to disappoint alot of ppl who put their trust and believe on me saying that i can do it. Some even put me as their rolemodel, yet i failed.

I'm sorry and i did try, but continous days and nights of breathing difficulty is taking a toil.

I dont want chiong too much later when something really happen then its too late to regret. I still haben got a chance to take care of my family, my mom, later become they take care of me and it will suck big time.

Called my cousin and asked some suggestion from him. He gave me some advice and his point of view which is quite similar to what i think too. No point risking ur life. Now got ppl can run and suddenly collapse liao. What thing cannot happen one. Yesterday another NSF guy pass away just by doing pull-ups. Sigh.

How will his parents feel? I dont even dare to go think about it. Its just very sad.

Before i start my post i would like to thanks everyone who wished me happy birthday, who came to my birthday celebration, who celebrated with me, who didnt manage to come, who give me present .. etc. I know who give me, i know who sms me, i know who msn me, i know who call me, i know who attended, but dont need me to write down the names right? Chalet 2pm like that can collect key already, but because downtown east system is such that if u want to cater food, u must cater their service. Of course its more expensive and might not be that nice. My mom cater our own family one, but have to put on aluminium plate and ownself bring it. Because like that can say its home cook one instead of cater one. (Cater one got the table stand, the solid fuel to make the food hot .. etc)

It boils down to that i have to bring in the food late. If not when i bring in the food at 2pm and friends come at 6pm, the food already cold liao. So i reached quite late! probably near 7pm i cant remember.

Heng got siyu came over to my place and help take things. If not really jia lat, too many things to take. Got chin rui to help me carry also, if not lagi jialat!

My birthday celebration with my family starts at 7pm, the parade starts at 4pm. So in the end it ended quite late, rush over to sembawang cc where my mom rent the kitchen and karoke room to celebrate.

I'm a private now! But that doesnt make me any better than a recruit lol. In fact, worst than a recruit! Recruit anything u can say "dont know". Pte u say dont know only u can push the ground liao.

Oh wait, i think i should start the entry with, POP LOH! (Pronouce as low not lor) Got 200+ photo, but after choosing i think also got 100 like that =.=" I received a "plug", whatever u spell it, its a small box (like those of a ring one) when u open there's a medal inside. Then KNS, my one the name wrote wrongly, wrote Lim Ee Song. Then i got to give back to the officer and ask him change the name for me. He say can be done but dont know will take how many working days. Will be mailed to me so i dont need to go back tekong =.="

Zhong Yi (my bunkmate) cant attend my small birthday celebration on sat coz he going back overseas. So he bought a pen for me when we booked in. That's the first present.

Next i just received a bundle of PSP, 4gb memory card, ear phone and casing from my love. GEEZ!

I am at home now, how come?! Well just got a message this noon that i got platoon best. Got "incentive" to book out, then tuesday morning book in again. I am quite suprise coz i already got xing li zhun bei that my buddy, darrell tan will be the one attaining the title.

He is also the one representing my platoon (platoon one) vying for company best. Well though the commanders choose the other guy to be company best, because he is really garang, all of the recruits feel that there are 2 better candidates. And one of them is darrell tan. But on top say one, we got no option.

Anyway its just a title la, i really dont have the feeling that i am platoon one best. Darrell zai wo yen li will still be the company best and platoon best.

Cougar company also got another scary one. JERALD FOO got company best. Lol, but me, shaun and wilson wasnt really suprise or shock la. To us like normal already lol. Later if i can get lovelle and jaydef picture i will upload them. If not.. after my birthday =]

Took abit of photo with jaydef and lovelle lol. Will upload soon when i got them in my com. Currently is like "everywhere". My bro's com, inside the camera .. etc

This wednesday POP liao will have 11 days of block leave. Shiok! But after that is Siao Liao! Lol. 19th-21st will know where we kanna posted to. Then 22nd will be the day i book in again T_T

Got quite a feat of accomplishment and achievement in my BMT.

Small things like throwing of hand grenade, live firing [got marksman], got silver for IPPT, got 25 point max for IPPT, got 1st for recruit's evening, got 4th for drill squad (previous 5 batches we Jaguar always got 2nd last) [total there's 13 company], during games day got 4 games we got champion among 9 catergory and may be others i forgot.

Its like bittersweet. Looking back kinda fun, but when u are doing it kinda suck lol.

Kanna stomach flu again =.=" other than throat inflammation, i think stomach flu is my next best friend. Easily contract, yet feels damn awful. Keep having a nausea feeling, fever and bone aching. See doctor liao, but tomolo got 24km route march, hope i can survive ~_~

Watched Wall-E, better than what i have expected lol. Further more so much reviews saying that Wall-E beats starwars the clone wars hard.

I have started sending a few sms invitation already, hope during camp i can send some more because this weekend kinda sick. Stayed at home and rest. =X Dont worry, very soon u guys will receive it soon!

For those whom i dont have sms right, want come also can. Cutting of cake will be on 13 sept sat around 8pm. Downtown east, address (a.k.a the room number) i still dont know yet. Downtown east said only will know afew days before. So.. when i know already then i sms u guys again.

P.S: Dont look at the food, we eat finish liao then take one =P

IPPT on monday again, 25 points, everything's the same, 2.4km 10.14mins.

Went out with 8xian and fu lu shou today, i didnt know beside jubilee that coffee shop no zi cha, so we went abit further to courts there and eat. The food there was just fair and the pricing is a tad bit above average. But all i hope to achieve was to atleast gather, talk and have a meal. For that i'm satisfied enough =]

After that went to jerald's house for his birthday celebration. Hope he had a good day, coz i left earlier than the rest.

I came out with a list of names that i am going to invite for my birthday already. Invites will start tomolo. I'm going to call and then sms. Need to call because i need a answer fast, so i can prepare the amount of food. Thanks for ur understanding =P

Troy and Jy are being too generous once again, my last birthday too. They offered to sponsor me drinks (alcoholic) and its not those cheap kind like chivas .. etc. I tell u, its dua leng gong kind. I dont know to accept anot, its far too expensive! I just want my friends to come and eat the food my mom prepared, probably take afew photo for memories, and that's all. Its by far the best present.

3 Weeks To POP.

Damn sian of NS. Very little admin time to do own things. Cant wait for the 5-11 days of block leave after i POP.

Anyway got confined this week because of some rubbish thing. My CSM (Biggest sergeant in the company) went overseas for a surgery on his knee cap. So without him around the sergeant start to slack. My OC (Biggest officer in the company) went to the sergeant's bunk and use their toilet, and he found that the toilet is very dirty.

So he confine the commanders and they cannot book out. If they cannot book out we recruits also cannot book out. Kanna sabo loh. Stay in tekong for 13 more hours. Then today so early book in also. 1810 must be at pasir ris bus interchange. Sian.

Tomolo got IPPT again, the final one. Last wednesday i just took a IPPT, and i got a maximum of 25 points lol. 14 pull ups, 8.9 sec shuttle run, 10min 17sec 2.4km, 243 cm standing broad jump, situp dont need say la, everyone can get 5 point one lol.

Need to chiong 30 more sec for Gold. But i think i'm contented with silver.

Last thing to end this post, Money No Enough 2 is nice! Though somehow can predict how jack neo going to approach the ending of the show, it is still very nice. Must watch!

Sorry for the late entry! Well atleast i still manage to find sometime for it, though alot of time i left it out of my mind O_O

To everyone again [reminder + update]: i booked a small chalet for my birthday celebration on 13-14-15 (sat-sun-mon) already. But got rumours that most probably my block leave (block leave is the period where u pass out from BMT and await letter to go command sch or unit) will end on sun. So if this scenario happens, i most probably will return key on sunday evening and book in on monday morning. The invitation list i agar agar got who to call in mind liao. Rest assured those who are reading this blog now will definitely be invited =] [xiaoying & shirlyn: finally can meet liao, the buffet will count as a treat =P]

To 8 xian: sorry i couldnt meet up with u guys on friday. if u guys are in tekong and bookout at 8pm then u guys will understand one also lol. anyway i asked ben if he next fri free, but i think he isnt. so.. if got chance we meet this coming sat? if not we can postpone again, i am sure we will meet up one. especially between 13-15th, hah!
